This has a totally different meaning for me then it must for the intended audience.

30 year old kid...redux

I'm sure it's not gone unnoticed that the new quarter is in full-swing. I am up to my ears in reading, food justice, grant writing and classes. However, I took a few hours off this weekend to celebrate the birthday of a friend and to also entertain good friends from out-of-town (entertain = dinner, plus late-night brewery tour).
The birthday shenanigans were hosted at the local skate rink, which brought back many elementary age memories...one of which allowed me to actually still be able to skate some 20 years later. Apparently it's like riding a bicycle.
