The book I was referencing just now "Lawn People" is a political ecology study of the lawn that questions why lawns have such power over people and why, despite a desire to be good ecological citizens, we pour billions of dollars into chemical lawn care each year....

You'd be surprised how often this happens. Liberal websites, which often angrily critique conservatives, get Republican candidate Google ads, and vice-versa. On an equal rights website I once saw an advert for Michelle Bachmann, which pissed the website owners off to no end.
